专利说明:
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to eliminate or at least minimize the above-mentioned problems, which is achieved by an anti-theft device in accordance with claim 1. Thanks to the invention, an anti-theft device is offered which in a fast and efficient way destroys the fuel thieves' pump and prevents theft of the fuel. According to one aspect of the invention, the anti-theft device comprises a substance which, in the event of fuel theft, accompanies the fuel into the pump and effectively destroys the pump and prevents the theft of fuel while the granulate is not able to leak into the fuel tank itself. According to another aspect of the invention, the anti-theft device comprises fastening means which provides a quick and easy attachment of the anti-theft device in a fuel inlet, preferably in that a locking mechanism in the fuel inlet is arranged to engage with the anti-theft fastening means. According to another aspect of the invention, the pipe extends all the way to the bottom of the tank, which gives the advantage that it is not possible to drive the pipe into the tank or that holes can be drilled in the bottom of the pipe to access the fuel in the tank. According to a further aspect of the invention, the pipe comprises fixing means in the form of resilient tongues, which gives the advantage that the assembly takes place easily and smoothly and that the tongues in an efficient manner make it impossible to pull the pipe up and out of the fuel inlet after assembly. According to yet another aspect, the pipe comprises a loose plate in its bottom, which means that it is not possible to drill through the bottom of the pipe as the plate would only rotate around during a drilling attempt. According to another aspect, the fastening means comprises engaging means which are adapted to match the tank lid locking device in the fuel inlet, which makes it easy to fasten the pipe in the fuel inlet. According to another aspect of the invention, a stabilizing means / fastening means is arranged on the underside of the pipe in order to prevent abrasion between the pipe and the bottom of the tank and also to keep the pipe in position so that it does not sway back and forth. . According to a further aspect of the invention, the pipe in its lower part has threads arranged to cooperate with threads on the bottom of the fuel tank, which provides a stable positioning of the pipe. According to a further aspect of the invention, the tube is a telescopic tube, which means that one and the same tube can be used in tanks of different sizes. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing figures, in which: Fig. 1 shows a fuel tank with an anti-theft device according to the invention seen in section, Fig. 2 shows a stabilizer / fastener according to the invention seen from below Fig. 3 shows an upper part of an anti-theft device according to the invention in a perspective view, and Fig. 4 shows a cross section of a lower part of an anti-theft device according to the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES Figure 1 shows in cross section a fuel tank 8 where the fuel tank comprises a fuel inlet 9. Furthermore, the fuel tank 8 comprises a bottom B and fuel 80 up to a second level Ng. The fuel inlet 9 of the tank 8 comprises some form of locking mechanism (not shown) where a tank cap can be arranged to close the fuel inlet 9. A possible locking mechanism between the fuel inlet 9 and the tank cap, which is generally known to those skilled in the art, could be in the form of grooves on the inside of the fuel inlet 9 and where the fuel cap comprises projections which are to fit into the groove and then the fuel cap is rotated around to be locked. In the fuel tank / fuel inlet 8,9 a theft protection S is arranged in a preferred embodiment according to the invention. The anti-theft device S comprises an elongate pipe 1 which preferably extends from the fuel inlet 9 down to the bottom B of the tank. The lower part 1B of the pipe 1 comprises a closed end where a substance is arranged on the bottom granules G. The granules G can have different sizes and shapes but are essentially small objects lying loosely in the tube 1. The granulate G preferably has a higher density than the fuel 80 so that the granulate G accumulates in the bottom of the tube 1. The granulate G may for example consist of a plastic material, metal, ceramics, gel, stone, etc. Furthermore, the granulate G has a minimum diameter D1 which is larger than a maximum width D2 of openings 5 in the tube 1 so that the ratio D1> D2 applies. Figure 3 shows a perspective view of an upper part 1A of the tube 1. Fastening means 2 are arranged at the top of the tube 1, preferably an annular shape 2 which extends in the radial joint of the tube 1. The flange 2 comprises engaging means 20, in this described example 3 engaging means 20, arranged at 120 ° between them. The engaging means 20 are intended that when inserting the pipe 1 into a fuel tank 8, the engaging means 20 should engage with the locking mechanism arranged between the fuel inlet 9 and a tank lid, often in the form of grooves where the tank lid has projections to fit into the groove and then turn around. It is thus understood that the engaging means 20 may be different in number and have slightly different embodiments when they are to be adapted to the current fuel inlet 9. The engaging means 20 are in this preferred example an extension in the radial joint of the 2 end 2 in the inner wall of the fuel inlet 9 (not shown) which is part of the tank mechanism locking mechanism. Then the tube 1 is rotated so that the engaging means 20 are inserted into the groove. The engaging means 20 comprise through holes 3, which makes it possible to fasten the tube 1 further by means of, for example, screws. The tube 1 has a diameter D in the range 20 - 200 mm, more preferably 30 - 150 mm and most preferably 50 - 70 mm. The side wall of the tube 1 below the end 2 is arranged a number of fixing means 4, in this example described 3 pieces of x-means 4. Said x-means 4 preferably consists of resilient tongues 4 where the tongues 4 in their lower part 4A are fixedly arranged in the tube 1 to then extend more and more out of the tube 1 the closer to the ring-shaped fl end 2 they come. Preferably, the resilient tongues 4 are an integral part of the pipe 1 cut out with, for example, a water cutting machine. When fitting the anti-theft device S, the pipe 1 is lowered into the tank 8 and during insertion the tongues 4 are pressed against the pipe 1 so that it easily runs past the fuel inlet 9 and possibly other projecting parts. This allows a simple installation of the anti-theft device S. If someone should try to pick out the pipe 1 to access the fuel 80 in the tank 8 and pull the pipe 1 upwards out of the tank 8 through the fuel inlet 9, the tongues 4 lock / stick to the inner wall of the fuel inlet 9 and / or under projecting parts in the fuel inlet 9 as parts of the locking mechanism of the tank cap. 5 15 20 25 30 35 536 540 Below the tongues 4 in the upper part 1A of the pipe there are arranged openings 5, preferably in the form of elongate slits, but other alternatives are also possible such as round through holes. When the anti-theft device S according to the invention is to be used in used tanks 8, the underside 6 of the pipe preferably comprises some form of stabilizer / fastener 7. An example of stabilizer / fastener 7 is shown in Figure 2 where the stabilizer / fastener 7 consists of a rubber bushing 7 arranged on the pipe. underside 6 for example screwed on. The rubber bushing 7 extends over the underside of the pipe 6. When the fuel protection S is mounted in the tank 8, the rubber bushing 7 rests against the bottom B of the tank and protects against abrasion between the pipe 1 and the bottom of the tank B. It is also possible that the stabilizer keeps the pipe 1 in place against the bottom B of the tank. When the anti-theft device S according to the invention is to be used on newly produced tanks 8, the lower part 1B of the pipe preferably comprises threads 12 on its outside which are intended to cooperate with a threaded 13 end 13 arranged on the bottom B of the tank, preferably directly below the fuel inlet 9. the pipe 1 is fixed in the threaded end 13 and has a stable positioning in the tank 8. Another possible embodiment of a pipe 1 according to the invention could be a pipe 1 with a telescopic function. Two different sizes of pipe are then used and the smaller pipe is threaded into the larger one and through a telescopic function to be able to pull the two pipes apart, the advantage is obtained that you can adjust the length of the pipe to reach the bottom of the tank in a simple way. One and the same telescopic tube can then be used for different models of tanks. When the anti-theft device S is mounted in a fuel tank 8 and refueling 80 takes place, the fuel pump is introduced into the fuel inlet 9 and fuel 80 flows into the pipe 1. When the fuel level in the pipe 1 reaches a first level N1 at the level of the openings 5, the fuel flows 80 further out into the tank 8 through said openings 5. When the fuel 80 in the tank 8 is used, the fuel level drops to a second level N2 which is located below the first level N1. The first level N1 in the pipe 1 always maintains its level regardless of the second level N2 in the tank, which means that if someone tries to peek in through the fuel inlet 9, the tank 8 appears to be well filled as it is the first level N1 that is visible. In an attempt to steal the fuel 80, a hose or the like is inserted through the fuel inlet 9 and down into the pipe 1. Since the pipe 1 according to the invention preferably extends all the way to the bottom B of the tank, it is not perceived as an obstacle in the introduction of the hose and the theft attempt continues. When the fuel 80 starts to be pumped out of the tank 8, the granules G arranged at the bottom of the pipe 1 follow into the hose and further into the pump where the granules G effectively destroy the pump. When the granulate G follows into the pump, the granulate G gets stuck between the moving parts of the pump (gear pump or similar) and forms a plug. When the granulate G wedges between teeth or the like, an effective cross stop of the fuel theft is achieved. The granulate G has a size which is larger than the largest width of the openings 5 so that the granulate does not risk spilling out into the tank 8. The granulate G has a minimum diameter D1 which is larger than a maximum width D2 of the openings 5 in the pipe 1 so that the ratio D1> D2 applies so that the granulate G does not leak into the fuel tank 8 as it could go further into the vehicle belonging to with the fuel tank and then risk damaging the vehicle. It has happened that fuel thieves noticed / suspected that some form of pipe 1 is arranged in the fuel inlet 9 in order to prevent too much fuel 80 from being accessed. Then it has happened that something sharp has been inserted into the pipe 1 and holes have been punched in the bottom of the pipe, alternatively force has been used to press the pipe down into the tank. It has also happened that a drill has been used to drill holes in the bottom of the pipe and in this way access all fuel in the tank 8. Thanks to the fact that the pipe 1 according to the invention runs all the way down to the bottom B of the tank, the possibility of access to the pipe is prevented. the fuel 80 in the tank 8 or to force the pipe into the tank. If an anti-theft device according to the invention were to be used where the pipe 1 does not run to the bottom B of the tank, it is still possible to prevent someone from successfully drilling through the bottom of the pipe. Figure 4 shows how the lower part 1B of the tube 1 is compressed and forms a stopping device 10. Below the stopping device 10 at the bottom of the tube is arranged a loose plate 11, preferably in metal, which thanks to the stopping device 10 cannot be removed and effectively prevents a drill from drilling through, the bottom is moved as a drill would not be able to get through the plate 11 as the plate only rotates when attempting to drill through it. The invention is not limited by what has been described above, but can be varied within the scope of the appended claims. It is understood, for example, that the substance could be something other than just granules, for example a tangle (long threads / loops of some material, such as polishing tangles and steel wool) could lie at the bottom of the tube and when the fuel is pumped out of the tube follow the tangled and into the pump where it entangles itself in the parts of the pump and provides an effective stop of the pumping. Another alternative of substance could be sand / gravel alternatively a slow-flowing jelly that clogs the parts of the pump and thus causes it to stop. It is understood, for example, that the theft protection S can be used in all forms of fuel tanks such as fuel tanks for construction machinery, transport tanks and fuel tanks in cars, trucks, leisure boats, forestry machines, mobile crushing plants, aircraft tanks and ship tanks. When the anti-theft device S according to the invention is used in, for example, passenger cars, said pipe 1 preferably comprises a stainless steel bendable fl ex-pipe so that it can easily be introduced into the tank through the fuel inlet. It should also be understood that the tube described may have different shapes such as circular, oval or rectangular. It is also possible that the pipe includes marking paint, which means that the thieves get marking paint on their hands during the theft attempt, which paint remains for many days and can be helpful in identifying a possible fuel thief. It is also possible to arrange the pipe in the fuel inlet in another way than that described above, for example the pipe could be welded, screwed, riveted or alternatively use balls which lock the pipe in the fuel inlet. Instead of resilient tongues, the oxidizing means could be any other conceivable elastic member which extends from the pipe and touches the diameter of the fuel inlet / filler neck so that locking is formed, for example resilient balls which when pressed into the pipe in the fuel inlet spring well into place. out and abuts against the walls of the fuel inlet and constitutes an obstacle if someone tries to pull the pipe out of the tank. It is also possible that the openings are located further down on the pipe than on the upper part described here, although it is preferred that the openings are located on the upper part so that the pipe always looks well filled even if the tank itself does not contain as much fuel.
